BASKINS: Resolved HR compliance challenges through a comprehensive HR audit, implementing policies, job descriptions, recruitment, and succession planning tools. Coached and trained the management team, enabling them to improve employee engagement and implement consistent store management processes leading to successful growth from a $3M revenues and 12 to 31 stores across Texas and Louisiana to acquisition by Boot Barn.
Comprehensive Strategy
HVJ Associates: As Advisory Board Member, transitioned the company from a corporate to franchise business model by developing a comprehensive strategy, including marketing, branding, and talent management. Designed and implemented the Credible Proof Process, improving candidate selection accuracy from <50% to >80%, saving $75K per hire and contributing to $100M projected growth. Launched the first franchise location and established a scalable infrastructure and talent pipelines to support market expansion. Recruited key executives, including the Franchisor COO and Assistant to the Chairman (A2C), who was promoted to Director of Finance and Administration within two years.
Succession Planning and Role Development
MAREK: Led the executive search for a Director of Organizational and Talent Development, who has since become a cornerstone of the company’s people strategy. Provided ongoing recruitment services for key roles and spearheaded the Project Manager/Estimator Blueprint Project to define competencies, career paths, and succession planning.
