People Possibilities LLC works as a partner with you in pursuit of your possibilities. Our goal is to work with individuals and organizations to assist them in clarifying what changes need to be made to reach their full potential and to develop and execute an action plan for success.
The reason for naming our company People Possibilities is very simple. It stems from the Founder’s profound belief that there are endless possibilities to pursue in our business and work life. And pursue, we do! It’s human nature to want to grow, expand, and feel a sense of accomplishment. Whether we realize it or not, our path is about progress. We want to be more!
If we are stagnant or slip backward, it’s usually because we lack clarity. When we don’t know what to do, we will do nothing. This is the exact opposite of our human nature and potential. Each day we make choices that direct our path. And if the path we choose at first seems impossible or a change in direction is needed, seeking clarity and making choices to alter our path, in its own right, makes it possible.

The portion of the letter “P” in our logo suggests the complexity, intricacy and beauty when human relationships become more honest and transparent. The typeface is creative yet honest and trustworthy.
Brooke Summers-Perry, CEO People Possibilities, LLC
Brooke Summers-Perry is a collaborative thought leader, community builder, and trainer specializing in leadership development, organizational culture, and transformative learning. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master of Architecture from the University of Houston, bringing an interdisciplinary perspective to her work at the intersection of human development, systems thinking, and innovation.
After completing the Cenacle Retreat House’s Spiritual Direction Institute certification in 2015, Brooke served as Executive Director of The Hines Center for Spirituality and Prayer, where she led initiatives focused on personal growth, contemplative practice, and community engagement.
As CEO of People Possibilities and co-founder of We Practice Life, Brooke designs and delivers experiential learning programs that integrate research-based leadership and life skills. Her work equips individuals and organizations with practical tools to strengthen cognitive flexibility and foster resilience while building cultures grounded in compassion, curiosity, collaboration, and innovation. Her tools and practices are used in mental health and addiction programs for prevention and long-term recovery, equipping individuals to attune to their values and live more fulfilling lives. Working in corporate settings, she delivers assessments and applies insights from the Birkman Method and the GLAS Method to quickly guide clients to empower team members to thrive individually and as an efficient and high performing team because of their unique perspectives, personalities, motivations, and priorities.
Brooke also serves as Director of Curriculum at The Jung Center, where she curates and oversees close to 200 public programs annually. Through her leadership, she develops dynamic educational experiences that bring together distinguished scholars, practitioners, and diverse audiences to explore psychology, spirituality, creativity, and human flourishing.
Brooke has served as a volunteer trainer and mentor for Healing Circles Global and as a curriculum developer, volunteer trainer, and teacher for NAMI Greater Houston (National Alliance on Mental Illness), Be Peace Be Hope, Writers in the Schools, and Iconoclast Artists. She recently served as the Board President of WIVLA, (Women in the Visual and Literary Arts). She has also served as a board member for Compassionate Houston and Friends for Life.
Drawing on her extensive business and leadership background, along with experience in talent management across various industries as a Human Capital Consultant and Leadership, Team, and Career Coach, Kathi Crawford offers a unique skill set and insights. Clients often commend her quick grasp of their business dynamics, challenges, and motivations, and her ability to facilitate a productive dialogue that propels them forward.
An expert in organizational development, Kathi employs a holistic and multi-disciplinary approach, leveraging strategic and behavioral tools.
