The World Inside You® program was developed to offer a new, innovative gateway to higher performing teams. The World Inside You® is structured as a comprehensive, six-week facilitated program built on a melting pot of several different practices that teams engage in together. Participants learn ways to appreciate and nurture themselves while opening a greater ability for improved work relationships. By fostering individual growth and connection, the team creates a supportive, healthy work environment resulting in increased productivity and results.
Over the course of the program, we confidentially survey the team to learn specifically how the program is impacting them. Once the program is completed, we generate a report for the leader to offer overall feedback and recommendations to support results gained and a continued commitment of the team.
The concepts of self-awareness, self-leadership and wellbeing embedded in The World Inside You® program are built into our leadership and employee development programs.

The World Inside You® Team Building Program (2 book series)
The World Inside You Team Building Program is a powerful resource designed to foster deeper connection, communication, and resilience within teams.
This series includes two coordinated guides that work hand-in-hand to support Facilitators in delivering a meaningful group experience:
- The Facilitator Guide equips leaders with a comprehensive framework to lead the six-week program, including detailed session plans, insights, and tools. Only one copy is needed per Facilitator.
- The Participant Guide supports each individual’s personal learning journey with reflections, exercises, and take-home resources they can continue to use long after the program ends. Facilitators should plan to provide one copy per participant—typically six to twelve per group.
Together, these guides create a meaningful group experience that empowers individuals and inspire lasting transformation—from the inside out.
